A cake is meant to be a cake. An apple is an apple. An apple is not meant to be soft. A cake is not meant to be hard. Who you were designed to be and are through the universal intelligence that prevails us known as God or Source Energy is your essence. Your essence lies in the core of your being. It is the underlying thing behind your existence. You can die but your essence can’t.

Your soul is a more dense form of your essence. Your beingness stems from your essence. Most human beings are just so disconnected from their essence and their core due to lifetimes’ worth of trauma and so much more that it’s similar to a cake that’s turned squishy or tastes like rubber. A delicious cake in its original state will always taste joyful and warm and soft. But a cake gone bad becomes hard and not so enjoyable. Our essence is also our innate divine power. Without your essence, you cannot connect to the stream of consciousness within you. If you’re not connected to yourself, it is difficult to receive from Source.

Your Essence leads into the Essence of Source. Your Essence is the original most subtle form of who you are. The individuation of a soul happens through its Essence.

What makes up your Essence? It is made up of unique light codes and frequencies. Every Essence is unique. No two essences have the same light codes and frequencies.

What are light codes and frequencies? Source consists of light codes. Light codes are the most subtle layer of creation. They are the cells of the universe. Everything in the universe consists of codes. A vibration and a frequency is an extension of a code. The code is the seed. When you plant the right seed, you receive the ripe fruit of that seed. If you access light codes through Source, you will eventually blossom like a flower. That is the power of your essence.
